Esta curiosa app la encontré navegando en Symbian-Freak, y consiste en un simple script de Python que hace de linterna, tanto con la pantalla como con el flash. Lo que me llamó poderosamente la atención es que funciona en el 5700 la luz del flash, aunque con 2 pequeños destellos cada unos segundos. No se que reacción tendrá esto en otros teléfonos, pero estaría bueno e interesante investigar un poco el script y ver qué cosas se pueden modificar para que quede prendido permanentemente.
Acá dejo el sis para descargar. Si me lo piden subo el script también para el que quiera investigarlo ;D

Estaria bueno que la prueben en otros modelos no?,como el N95 que todavia no re consiguio hacer eso.

En mi 5320 no anduvo, sólo se puso blanca la pantalla y al querer salir se bloquearon las teclas :-/

En realidad está ideada para cualquier Symbian. La probaron en un N95 incluso y anda bien. Acá les dejo el texto original, que está en inglés:

Note that you need to havePythoninstalled on your phone first. In case you're not familiar with that, follow the steps given below:
Install thePythonfor S60 interpreter application (PythonForS60_1_4_0_3rdEd.sis) on your phone
Install the script shell (PythonScriptShell_1_4_0_3rdEd.sis)
Send any of the includedpythonscripts (*.py) to e:\Python
Next, runPythonfrom the Menu and select the script you want to run.
And finally, a word of caution. Please use this script entirely at your own risk. While LEDs have a remarkable service life, they do tend to get hot and adequate heat-sinking is essential. So remember not to close the camera lens cover immediately after extended use.
